Dunkin is always good went on location on Wickham near Suntree. Very fast and accurate.

Lee is a super hero! I had pre-ordered donuts for my daughter’s class as a celebration for a very special day from the Viera location. I showed up in Viera and they had no donuts. No one in Viera had the common courtesy to call and tell me they were unable to fulfill my order. I drove to the Suntree location in desperation and was greeted by Lee. Lee saved the day! She went above and beyond by comping my pre-order despite the fact her location did not create the dilemma. This was completely unexpected. All I was hoping for was to deliver a few dozen donuts to my daughter as promised. Lee displayed empathy and superior customer service skills! Lee is truly an asset to the Dunkin Donuts organization!

Super friendly staff! Rumors of them being rude and unresponsive were totally false. Found establishment to be extremely clean and very welcoming. Simply delightful and highly recommend!!!

I received outstanding service this afternoon from Lee. She was extremely attentive and helped me order something different than my usual coffee. My coffee was fantastic.
I also appreciated that the staff all seemed to enjoy each other. It’s always great when everyone from the staff greets you with a smile.

Service is just terrible at Dunkin lately. They seem to just make whatever suits them with little regard for what you order. This restaurant is always a little messy.
