I am a fussy sub eater and am particular about how my subs are made. Similarly, so is my wife. We have always gotten great service and excellent subs at this subway. The employees are always polite , clean, and thorough. Some have an excellent sense of humor. The quality of the veggies and tuna (our favorite sub) has always been outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone passing through Medina.

They only had 2 types of sub roll to choose from then had no lettuce or no spinach!! Not going to that place no more and not the first time this has happen to me

Normally never have a prob going here but past several times been here there always someone ahead me getting either 15+ SUbs made and pays with foodstamps and takes all bread that left. There really should be a limit on how many subs u can get using food stamps its a bit ridiculous u sit and wait half hour to order then told by employee there no bread cause person ahead took it all. And what kills me is its peak time where there should be enough bread and the fact u have ppl waiting in line that paying cash and u have someone taking advantage of getting subs with foodstamps. Think its gonna be even worse once McDonald's and that start taking stamps as well. Calling first thing monday and talking to manager about that cause getting 15+ subs on food stamps is a bit ridiculous

We tried to use the app to order and it wouldn't let us so we went in the store to buy or subs and they would not use the coupon that the app would have given us

Rarely is it quick. Sometimes the wait is very lengthy weather or not the line is long. Staff need to be a lot faster. At times it's like watching slow motion.

They forgot items that were paid for and still haven't answered if they will credit my charge card for items found missing once we opened the order at home. Several options listed on the web page were not available and had to change the order at pick up.
