So, my first time at any ice cream stand, I order a milkshake with a hand dipped (?) (I guess it's usually made with soft serve?) Ice cream flavor. So I got a medium milkshake with Michigan Pothole ice cream. Well, although it was tasty, in my opinion it had too much milk. Aka, it wasn't thick enough.
Satisfying? Kinda.
Will I go back? Yep!
Was the staff friendly? Yep!

Lots of choices. Mom loved the butter pecan, which has tons of guess what? Pecans! Mint chocolate chip was good too. Summertime outdoor seating ( needs more). Drive through was busy!

Have a lot of really unique flavors they rotate in and out of you like to try something new, along with all the standard favorites. Owner was super cool and hooked up our whole little league team. Lines can get pretty long from like 7pm to close, people will wait a bit more for good stuff.

Was expecting their vegan ice cream to be a basic hand dipped flavor and to my surprise it was well more than that!
Treated myself to a vegan chocolate and banana soft serve cone and it was the bomb!
Well worth the drive from Parma, cannot wait to go back!

Great ice cream, nice variety. I love that they offer hand dipped and not just the soft serve. Flavor of the week this week is Blue Moon, and it's very good

Ordered the pineapple soft serve and when I went up and explained it just tastes like vanilla, I was told they must not have put enough flavoring in it. When I asked for them to replace it they said they would have to charge me again. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back

I recommend their hard scoops. The soft serve ends up looking like soup when the hand it to you. Otherwise it was good.
