My favorite Panera location I've visited in my life. This location's interior is absolutely beautiful. I also love the digital display to easily track the status of your order. Please retrofit all Panera locations to be like it! It's amazing.

I love Panera. However, this location has room for improvement in the areas of cleanliness (tables and floors do not seem clean) and availability of product (baked goods always seem to be at half capacity or less when I'm there).

Multiple times ordering since pandemic and each time seems to be getting worse and worse. Stuff just completely missing that we ordered, soup that has only broth, stale bread… come on guys. This is basic stuff that isn’t being done even remotely right. Time to look elsewhere.

Food has gone down hill and they can’t seem to get the orders right. Order a whole sandwich and get a half then they try to argue with you hat you ate half even though they just handed it to you. So disappointing will not be going back to waste my money anymore.

After not delivering on an order, Allen (the manager) refused to take ownership for their mishap. If he would have been the least bit apologetic for screwing up, I would never have written this review. It's unfortunate, but after spending thousands of dollars of the last couple of years with them, we'll never go back there again. Everyone makes mistakes, a good person will own their mistakes. Moving on.

So there is no toilet seat covers & the toilet paper seems to have feces on it from prior use. If you notice the cover is off. I immediately went to tell the supervisor Allen Dunn. There was no apology or even sincere regrets. Allen Dunn did not reply to the statements that I explained to him. I did not feel important as a customer nor appreciate it.

Being as though it just opened not too long ago I would expect for the staff to be a little bit more tidier and friendlier I don't know who's doing the hiring but they need to change it! Otherwise love the food!

Most inconsistent Panera we've ever frequented in terms of food quality and freshness. Sometimes there will be no issue, but other times we'll get a salad with old/slimy lettuce, or a half-empty sandwich, or we'll receive the wrong item altogether. We've never had issues like this at any other location.
