Burger King

I stopped through the drive thru on a Wednesday evening around 7:45. The man proceeded to tell me to hurry up (placing my order) because they were about to close.....🤨 Google says they close at 10pm!! Then he had the nerve to have an attitude with me while I attempted to place my order. Truly unprofessional on his behalf! I will NOT give BK my business anymore. There are many other places I can and will go.

We ordered ahead using the ap and had a ridiculously long wait (well over 15 minutes). We figured maybe they were busy or under staffed, but we were the only car in the drive-through, and not a single customer inside. We thought maybe they had to make our order, but once we got it and started eating it was already cold. I know you dont go to somewhere like BK and expect quality but atleast it should be remotely close tk being "fast food."

This place used to look nice but now it looks like a dump. The lady working today was extremely ignorant and proceeded to say rude and sarcastic remakes to us. Ordered over the app cause that's the only way they take orders now and we still had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and fries. Most likely not returning here.

I was treated so rudely by the drive thru employee who refused later to give me her name. I was the only car in the drive thru. I ended up leaving without making a purchase because I was sure she would spit in my food. I was trying to order an item off the deals menu, the bogo whopper. She said “where?” I wasn’t sure how to respond so I said “I’m not sure what you mean, but I saw it on your app.” She said “give me the coupon code”. I said “where do I find that? On this screen it just shows bogo whopper.” She said “you’re gonna have to pull over and sign up with them, or figure it out.” I was so confused who them was, and there was no line, so I asked, “you don’t want me here?” (As in at the drive thru line) and she said “Nope. Have a good day!” I wish I could give tone of voice for context. I could only imagine it was no longer in my best interest to order here. I have never been treated with such disgust anywhere from the very beginning of my order. Super weird encounter. Anyway, thought I would share so you don’t get your food tampered with when you don’t even expect it. If I had just ordered something that didn’t require that much interaction I doubt I would have known that lady disliked me just being there so much. I would have probably chalked it up to she was having a bad day so wasn’t “chipper”, not that she didn’t even want me there at all. Kinda scary especially when we all know you don’t want the people that handle your food angry. Please be careful.
