Arby's

This Arby's location was pretty good when they first opened a couple years back. My family and I went in many times, and the food and service was pretty good. (We loved the bell they had at the back of the restaurant.) However they seem to be having some challenges keeping their good employees, and maintaining their facilities for a while.. Hopefully they have that all fixed and are back to their former glory. Anyways, there's always the drive-thru, and as the commercial says..'they got the meats'!

They still weren't allowing indoor dining, they said it's because they are short-staffed, and we don't own a car. If you are going to allow walk-ups post your number on the door and bring it out to the customer. When our order was ready we had to squeeze between a truck and the window to get our order, it's not safe for people to be in the drive-through anyway. blame it on lazy management if the front needs cleaned you do it yourself or hire a kid to do it. I've worked in restaurants for 20 years, and for 17.50 I would clean a tiny dining room all day. My GF called the corporate number while we ate in the parking lot, a week later dining room was open. The food was OK I had better there. That's all, hope things get better.

Will never go to this location again. Third time is enough. Where to start, First the order was wrong. Husband was very upset when he got home and discovered that his 2 bacon, beef and cheddar sandwiches were not there. 2nd the fries were nasty and overcooked. And 3rd or lastly ( the straw that broke the camels back ) 6 sandwiches and not 1 single packet of Arbys sauce. For the money we spent it feel taken. 😢
