Despite being slightly short staffed, those working today worked very hard making everything to order to ensure freshness and quality. Before this visit it had been different staff and much more slow. Today they were incredibly communicative and helpful. I could hear all the staff communicating strongly to one another on orders trying to get them done quickly. They are a perfect outside example of a Wendy's crew. I will definitely recommend this location.

Incorrect order. I ordered a premium combo bacon cheddar chicken sandwich through the app(and lost an online coupon for it) but received….a plain cheeseburger. Not even with any sauce or toppings. Just a small, undercooked cheeseburger. Not at all resembling what I ordered and paid for(which cost more than a burger). Very poor service and quality all around at Wendy’s here. Also lies about their hours open.

I honestly don't visit this place enough. Service is quick. They are usually busy and the parking lot that is shared, is really messed up with potholes. I've been approached by local foot traffic in this area so best to find alternative location if your not dinning inside. Food portion was fine and the cashier was attentive enough, that I felt they paid attention.

Fries were cold. I told the guy in the window and was he rude to me and told me to pull around and wait for fresh ones. Not sure why I didn't get fresh one the first time. I spend my money the same way the employees do, why would I want to waste it on food that I can't eat. I only gave the 2nd star because the manager was cool and made it right

I was told by the manager that he had multiple $50 mobile orders and did not have time to take my order. This was after I was not acknowledged by any employee or the Manger for a full 5 minutes. I was the only person in the restaurant. There were multiple cars in the drive through line which is why I opted to go inside. I understand the lack of staff can make it hard to run a business. Lack of customer service and being told they don't want my business because they have other business is not ok. The only reason I went there was because my 2 boys asked for Wendy's.

Should have known when warned at drive thru it would be slow service and they were understaffed, and the kitchen person was training.
Hamburger was cold. Tasted like it was made a few hours ago and refrigerated.
The owner should be embarrassed and corporate should know what a disgrace it was.

I dont know what it is but at this Wendys, I always have to wait at the very LEAST 20 minutes between the time I show up until the time I get my food (Im not exaggerating) so I just started going to Chik Fil-A instead because they have the ability to still serve food during lunch rush and this Wendys does not. I’ve already been sitting at the drive through line for 20 minutes writing this review and they JUST took my order…after 20 minutes. And they don’t even have the inside of the restaurant open during lunch hour.

Came in on my lunch from work took 15 mins to take my order at the counter then another 30 mins to get my food. They send 15 order thru the drive thru an treat the counter customer like they don’t matter really horrible service for customer who come in to counter left our hamburgers on counter for 10 mins before they put fries in bag an my food was cold!!
