Always friendly and accurate. A true hot spot for DoorDash orders, bringing me to this location every night I work at least once. There have been major staff changes, including management a few times since I started delivering in this area and every transition has been smooth with only minor delays when at the beginning and end of school years. A true credit to the trainers. The professionalism and kindness of the staff almost caused me to apply to work here a few months ago (they do pay well).

Today at 11: 35 pm I went to pick up some food at McDonald's I did not ask extra mustard extra mayonnaise extra pickles or extra cheese and this is not double quarter pounder you guys need to get better employees or better management with this this is not acceptable and I don't know how much money I pay for this thing, basically you guys Rob my money right there

So in the last month I've been since location twice. Each time that I've gone the older lady that looks like she smokes two packs of cigarettes a day with the wrinkled face and the black fingernails is so disrespectful and rude. Today I went at about 2:00 a.m. after coming home from work and tried to order breakfast. When I asked if she had breakfast she simply said nope! So I said okay let me have a minute and 30 seconds later she yelled into the microphone are you ready yet! I was at this location as I stated about a month ago and this same lady was so disrespectful and rude when I pulled up to pick up a doordash order and I gave her the number she yelled at me saying we don't have that order here and literally argued until her manager came over and said it's right here. I thought it was an isolated incident that she just was having a bad night because it was busy and they were short-staffed but it appears that even when there is nobody in line and it's very slow she still has a terrible attitude. Clearly customer service is not her forte nor is she happy with her job. I realize that this McDonald's in particular struggles with getting meals out on time and is very slow but customer service should be something that is looked upon as an important asset seeing that people are paying money for your commodities. It's shameful that this lady is probably a manager overnight and giving an example to the young kids that work there to be so nasty and rude.

I just went through about 2:45 am and it was a little complicated order but it was not for me it was for a friend's mom and the person at the drive through was very rude and I have had multiple bad experiences with her before and saw a few reviews ab her she is a old white lady rinkly skin my food was everywhere in the bag my burger was cover in sauce on the outside was not rapped well at all and was falling into the bag I got no straws and was very disappointed in all of it and to say again was not my first time haveing a bad experience with her and obviously it's not just me...

This place served me a cold like refrigerator cold quarter pounder with cheese today on a burnt bun. I mean you advertise a fresh hot cooked quarter pound patty. This pos was so cold the cheese never even tried to melt. There was no excuse for this except no one including management cares. Go elsewhere

I have been to this location manny times…. The food is always poorly made.. I finally said something about it today and the lady made a very rude effort to make new food.. I was asked to wait at the next window.. that’s fine.. when the Food came out she literally wouldn’t reach to my car to hand me the food I LITERALLY drove away because she would not hand me the food… Saturday January 29th 11PM…. Young lady with blonde hair SO rude… ☠️ She also cussed at me as I was driving away …. Not okay.. don’t bring your kids to this location.. my daughter was so distraught by this woman’s actions… DO NOT GOTO THIS lOCATION
