They need better customer service. The lobby is closed I get that but why they act like truck drivers don’t come here to eat. They will see you standing at the drive thru window and won’t take your order. So I put in a mobile order then went inside to pick it up and dude getting hard cause it wasn’t on the screen yet. This place used to be good I don’t know what happened. Not too mention my chicken pot pie only had 1/3 container of food. I’ll take my business down the street from now on.

I stopped @ this McCalla KFC location. I waited in the drive-thru frm 10:52 until after 11am when the sign on the intercom said they opened. During this time, other vehicles came behind us. I saw an employee attempting to be let in the building @ the back door. After no one responded, I drove around to the window. The same female employee was still waiting outside the side door to be let in; we could see another older female inside & she saw us. She finally let the employee in. After a while, the older woman came to window & said they weren't open yet in a irritated tone. I asked the time would they open. She said at 11. It was after 11!?! She had a horrible attitude. She said it would be 5 mins, that they had problems with the system, that I couldn't wait there & I had to get back in line. I explained that I'd been there already waiting in line until after 11am. She raised her voice as if she was chastising a child. I requested her name, MARILYN, & we left. My family member said she had a similar encounter with this unprofessional, nasty attitude person in the past. Perhaps she needs a new career that doesn't involve customer interaction.

We ordered for Mercedes, they were nice and had everything ready on time (10:15-10:20am). However, as I was only the person picking it up and not eating it, I was informed later that they had left out ALL the biscuits and since this was a large order, it made me feel bad because I did not know what to look for throughout the order and I was informed that this was a constant that had happened before (biscuits being left out, had I known, I would've searched). So I hate to give you all three stars but for that reason I am.

The chicken tasted fresh and was hot. The Mac n cheese was delicious. The gravy and cream potatoes was good. We used the drive thru. There was a little delay in placing our order but after we drove up to the window, then, we realized that KFC Trainee was learning, so, training is very important and we understood the slight delay. Keep training folks. Training time is so important to staff. You can do it!! Thank you KFC!!
