Great food, Staff is clean cut and personality is top notch.
Our pizza and salad were made fresh as per ordered.
If you are overheated and want a tall glass of fresh brewed tea you can find it here. If you are craving a flat crispy pizza they have that too. If you prefer a thick fluffy crust they make it perfectly crusted and full of fluffiness with all of those wonderful toppings that your heart desires.
We left the restaurant full and overjoyed with a huge smile on our faces.

My family and I chose this location because it was closer to Barnes and Noble but not worth it. Valerie and the boy during her shift on Sunday’s are slow servers. Literally took 15-20 mins to get our drink order only because I had to mention no one has stopped at our table. There were only two other families there so I can’t understand why the service was so slow.

Great pizza here. Service has been consistent for my spouse and kids.
Watch out for bums trying to steal a free pizza by claiming the food was bad.

Change review stars… On 6/26/2022 The manager delivered my order on a delivery. He asked how my experience had been with his store. I brought up the previous experience. He personally apologized and stated that staff were incorrect in the way they handled the order. He was extremely professional. The food was absolutely incredible. And his attitude was outstanding. Thank you so much for showing me the customers still matter. For the hands-on attention and recognition and the quality of the food I am increasing this review to a full five stars which is well deserved. Thank you for the great service and for great follow-up. This manager proved to that he was willing to use an honest review for honest improvement. Nothing deserves a five star review more than this.
Changed Review Stars ... 05/27/22 (5 Star Response) after a (1 Star Experience) - Received a call from Rico the District Manager for Pizza Hutt and he stated that at his store the last order matters as much as the first. He took the time to look at this review. I would encourage anyone to give feedback. It was well Received. The Store got a 1 Star and Rico Got a 5 star for his attention. I have increased this review to a 3 star solely because of his response. Thank you Rico, Your time was appreciated.
Every business has bad days. Every employee wants to go home when you close at 11pm. But please, if a customer orders-online, leaves instructions, and calls back when they missed your call, which I did call back, before 11. Please.---Do not leave people hanging:

I do not want something for free. The food is not the point here. I am not angry. I am just disappointed.
All you had to do was call back and say it was too late to come over. I would have understood.
The person answering the phone for this location made excuses for the driver being late. He said the Pizza was on its way. That was at 10:56 pm. I waited outside from 10:55 until 11:25 pm. In a dark parking lot. The driver never came back. Instacart actually delivered dog-food and chicken and I had ordered it at the same time. Disappointed. The location shut their phones off and the driver would not pick up the phone he called from. The store never called back. Even Instacart called to verify when HEB ran out of a particular type of chicken.
I left a phone number. I left the gate code in the app but the gate was open and the driver never looked for the location. Instead turned around and left which made the pizza late. I stood outside for 35 minutes waiting for the driver to arrive after.
The first attempt, the driver didn’t even attempt to find the gate or where he would put in the gate code. Clear instructions were left on my profile with a specific location number. Now I have no pizza and the app says it is on its way. So did the store but they never called back to say it was not being sent.
I have never even had Uber drivers or Instacart drivers not be able to find my location. I’m sure the food will be fantastic, I left screen shots to verify the original call to Pizza Hutt. Everyone has a bad day. It is really okay. I hope service is better next time.
All Pizza Hutt employees had to do was call back and say it was too late to come over. I would have understood.

Wow what happened? First I felt I was in a tiny cafeteria, with Valentines decorations still up everywhere. We were not greeted but the only server there got our order right. My garden salad had way to many carrots piled on it, and what happened to putting Tomatoes on a salad I was disappointed there was none. Our wings were not buffalo sauce, I truly believe they were tossed in a reused bowl because the flavors were off.my son noticed it before I did. It was a broken sauce because of all the oily fat, no buffalo sauce Pizza was doughy and seemed a little undercooked the crust was barely golden brown.Topping were fresh and we liked the combination of toppings and flavors. Finally, If you are going to serve beer make sure its cold I would have drank more if it was colder.. Overall the dine -in experience is not worth doing again. I'll order take-out before I ever step in a pizza hut again.

My little girls, ages 4 & 2 love Pizza Hut. They asked for pizza last night and I ordered them their favorite: A pan cheese pizza. The ordering process was simple and the staff was very professional. This was my first time at this location -- great food, great service! Thank you.

This is like the 5th time Ive had this type of experience here. The pizza is never consistent. Sometimes its good and other times its like this. I ordered my weekend cheat meal and this is what I got. Ive worked at pizza places and no manager or leader of mine would have approved such a horrible looking pizza to go out to customers. Over half the pizza has no cheese on it. Not even a frozen pizza from the grocery store is this bare. Just extremely disappointed.

Poor service, food was Great, my wings came out with no sauce, but she took them back to add sauce. Now I totally understand that they were short staff, but the server came to our table Twice to leave or drinks then food, after that WE DIDNT GET SERVICE. NO REFILLS. It's like if we weren't there. But she Sure did make her rounds to the other customers more than 2xs. I had to drink my toddlers drink, which I'm sure had backwash 😒 I guess that's what I get for Complaining about my food.
