Mcdonald's

So I originally would've put 1 Star due to the fact that they close at 10pm now and had no notice anywhere even when google says 24hrs. I wasn't able to pickup my Curbside order that night but thankfully went back a few days later and Juan, i believe was the supervisors name, was great he apologized for the inconvenience and honored my entire order that was not given to me that night. If it weren't for staff like him I would've definitely taken my business elsewhere.

Ordered 4 orders of 10 piece nuggets with a McDouble cheeseburger and at first they handed me 1 order of nuggets and 1 double cheeseburger with 3 fries but when I asked about my other missing orders they handed me 2 leaving one out. I understand that it was a rush but you always double check the order before your sending it out to the customer. On top of that manager/team leader was rude.

Saying something is old is not a good excuse the place could be cleaner.. The manager was nice the server was just kind of not in the now if you know what I mean. On the manager side he can only work with the tools given to him by the owner. He was friendly and continues to do a good job with what he has. I'm assuming maintenance is controlled by the dollars of the franchisee. Screwed up a simple order. Bathrooms need attention simple maintenance would resolve it simply no excuse will not be stopping at this McDonald's again

Drive Thru line was super long. I thought I would have faster service getting off since there was no one waiting to order. I was literally just standing there in front of the register for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Manager kept walking around giving orders to everyone else and never even looked my way to place my order. This place is NOT the same with new management they put here. Everything was just very sloppy. Never coming here again! I'll make the trip to the one on Ridge Rd. Rate: 0/10

after this covid hit- Always cold food and red light lamp dry.. I think the quarter pounder shrinks when it sits out to long. 2nd update as of 5-21-2022 and has been the 2nd time prices are not honored from what is charged on the app. Pulled up to the window and the employee asks for .75 more and rude. I emailed McDonald’s to get this corrected. Hopefully the app prices are corrected also!!
