Kfc

Two stars for the store being completely empty but the staff was standing around talking while the entire restaurant was filthy. Chicken bones all over the lobby floor and trash can. The floor was super slippery from all the grease, it was as if they mopped the lobby with grease water. I was scared to use the restroom because it was so nasty. They also messed one of our sides up and we asked for them to replace it the manager then told us, word for word, “it’s already been over the counter, we won’t take it back” when I told her the mess up was on their end, her response was “that’s not my problem. “ We never have this problem with the morning manager but this bad experience just stopped us from ever coming back.

This Will Be An Old Review I haven't had a chance to come to Ohio in years I got food from here a few times to go. The people who worked here were so cool one time I ordered food to go, While waiting I got something from the doughnut shop next door when I came out of the doughnut shop, the woman who took my order at KFC was outside of KFC with my food looking for me she didn't have to do that for me. That was Excellent customer service in fact the service was always good here and food quality was better than some other KFC'S I've been to.

Waited 20 minutes for the new chicken sandwich! I wouldn't mind if you were a restaurant that did other foods. But when you do nothing but 1 type of food it shouldn't be a 20 minute wait. We had to drive thru the drive through a second time to ask if sandwich was done. Not good KFC. I can say at least food was hot. And manager did say sorry for wait, but you could barely hear him. Don't think I will be back.

I wish I didn't have to give one star.. but, the girl in at the drive through window just needs to be fired. Very unprofessional and rude, before she gave my food.. I asked for some sauses.. she didn't even speak.. just gave an angry look and pointed at the bag, while she went back to whoever was ordering next from, saying very loudly.. sorry about that. And.. rolled her eyes. And.. was she not required to wear a mask, she didn't have one on.. breathing all over my food. Alot if people are not working right now.. I am sure any of them would do her job with excellent customer service, without an attitude, and follow the Covid 19 guidelines. I will never go back to this kfc.. and I wouldn't recommend anyone else since your workers are not following the covid 19 guidelines.
