Subway

Standard subway, employees don't pay attention to your order. They are to busy talking so you have constantly repeat your order. Just rude. Just shocked that the owner is so cheap that they apply a 4% charge to your order for credit and debit card orders.i understand business is tough but that is just crazy. Not going back there again.

We ate at this Subway after movie at Rave. Restaurant was clean (even after 10pm on Sunday eve), sales assistant was very pleasant and attentive, party of four - all was happy with food. I had on my sandwich exactly what I wanted, nicely toasted and wrapped. Regret I didn't ask his name - dark-skinned tall early twenties. If manager is reading - he went way above to please us, employees like this bring customers to business. We don't go to Fallen Timbers often, but definitely will eat there again

I walked in and nobody was there. Sitting in the back or on the toilet or something. Not surprising, this location has so many staff turnovers that you don't see the same people too often. They recently added an extra charge of %3.99 when you use credit cards which is illegal in some states but just down right theft in my opinion. I went across the street to the theater to buy some pizza hut pizza instead.
