Hardee's

I am not a breakfast person but I visited this location for my family who loves breakfast. The service was exceptional. The young lady working drive thru around 7:50 am on 6/7 was amazing! You rarely run across a friendly and helpful face during the morning rush. I wish I had her name but only remember her smile and she had long braids. Hopefully a manager sees this and can identify who the young lady was.

Usually have good service, but last week my husband went through the drive through in the morning and was shorted a gravy biscuit. He didn't realize until he got to work that it wasn't there. Didn't have time to go back that day, but kept the receipt. Fast forward a couple of days and when he went back he asked about getting the gravy biscuit he was shorted. Was told they couldn't do it. Stopped a second time later that day and talked to the manager whose response was "what do you want me to do about it". After several minutes and him threatening to write to corporate she refunded his money. Sad that customer service has gotten so poor.

This was my first trip to this location & I don't plan to go back. I was going go next door to AW, but they were packed and I have a short lunch. I noticed Hardee's was completely empty so I went there instead. Now I know why. I ordered a combo with no onion, tomato, or mustard. My burger had mustard. I ordered a large, but was given a medium, but they didn't charge for large so whatever. The biggest issue was that I was given an almost empty fry container. I thought for sure they must've just fallen into the bottom of the bag, but nope! These pictures are before I took a single one out. Wth, Hardee's? I won't go back to this one. PS The fries I did have were burned.
