Worst DD shop location ever I had tried DD. Bad customer service and quality. Was waiting past 15 mins since I ordered and staff asked me why are you waiting? After that this is what I got for their new tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich - a disgrace to their promo pic. And the hot cappuccino I ordered was worst than a regular cold coffee.

I visit this spot quite often and always a great experience. The staff are friendly and polite, the service is quick and efficient, and orders are always correct. The restaurant has a good amount of seating inside and some great outdoor tables, chairs and benches in a courtyard which is cool. They serve the typical Dunkin fare —doughnuts, hot breakfast sandwiches, muffins and bagels and of course, fantastic coffee. The restaurant itself is clean and has a Baskin Robbins inside. There is plenty of parking immediately out front, with a specious lot. The restaurant is easily visible from the main roads and always easy to get in and out. There is no drive through at this location. It can bet quite busy in the morning especially on the weekend. Overall always a pleasant visit and experience.

If there was a way for me to leave zero stars I would. Every time I come in the store the service is slow I wait in line forever. And there is no common courtesy nobody says hello to you nobody says give me a minute sorry for your wait. They act like I’m not even there like I’m invisible and I get ignored every time I go in. So I decided I am not going to this location anymore until they hire new management and new employees because they are terrible

Horrible service is an understatement here. I took the other reviews with a grain of salt since this is just right by my place. The other Dunkins are much further out. I bought a cake and had some questions. NOBODY ENTERTAINED ME! Mind you I was trying to pay for a $36 cake not a $3 muffin! It's a business, so at least have the decency to look your customer in the eye and answer a question she has properly! The lady at check out I am assuming is new so she kept looking for her manager or senior for answers. One is mopping the floor and barely looked up , the other was making coffee for I DONT KNOW WHO since I am the only customer in the shop! The lady holding the mop finally replied my one question out of 3 and went back to her chore. The cake they had was a week old I was told , i should have walked out but that came as an afterthought. The cake tasted old and horrible.Donuts are hard. I will never go back there! Both essence of a business - quality and customer service sucked. I get that they may not like their jobs very much to pour some pride in it but this is no way to treat your customer.

Giving this location 1 star is being generous. Waited in line for 25 minutes and when I finally got to the register I was ignored while the cashier was getting food and making coffees for to go orders. It would've been nice of her to say, "hi, I'll be right with you ". Then she informed me they were not making any food bc they were backed up. What? Why didn't someone tell us while we were waiting in line or put a sign up. I'll never go back. Terrible. I will stick to supporting chik fil a. Their breakfasts are better anyway.
