Little Caesars

I actually travel a far distance to come to this Little Caesars. I come here because I've always had exemplary service and great food. Today was a minor exception to the rule. I ordered my food and asked for it to be ready in 45 minutes which it was not. It was an additional 15 minutes afterwards that I had to sit and wait for it. I placed my order with a young lady named Holly and then eventually got on the phone with her again as I left to ask what the problem was. Her customer service skills and her good demeanor has left me still a happy Little Caesars of Massillon customer. As I'm sitting here eating my food it's still as delicious as usual. Thank you.

I'm giving 4 stars only because the two young gentleman that were running the entire store themselves. It was packed Monday night and these two high school students kept their cool and did they best they could to take care of the customers. There should have been more people there to help them, but they were amazing and I was impressed with how they handled the amount of customers they had even better then most adults would. Pizza was hot fresh and amazing and that was impressive given how busy those two were. Thank you both for doing your best!

Ordered at the drive through. Was told to pull around front and they would bring it out. After waiting 20+ minutes and other cars that came after me getting their food I called inside. They apologized and offered to add crazy bread to make up for my wait. They said my food would be right out. After 15 more minutes they brought out my food. Upon getting home and inspecting the food I found one pizza to be burnt and the other short toppings. I was very dissatisfied with the service and how they handled it. I was given the excuse that they were training several new employees. Poor planning if the trainees outnumbered the trained employees.

I went through at about 12:30PM today, and the guy that was working the window was super nice, and super helpful, and unlike everyone else I've dealt with recently you could tell he actually loved his job, and was doing it to the best of his ability. He told me his name but I can't remember it for anything, and also, the Italian Cheese bread that I bought was so fresh and so tasty! Best $5 dollar meal I've ate in a long time! Way better then the disgusting pizza I got at a local Papa John's in Canton recently that was cold, burned, dry, and not cut at all, and that was $25 dollars! So anyways I highly recommend the Massillon Little Caesars and will be back!!!

Food was not good the dough was not cooked all the way it was doughy in the center of thepizza and we didn't get any seasoning like we ordered it. Plus for an extramostbestest it didnt have much pepperoni or cheese but yeah it for sure had a ton of sause. I don't understand why. Our food wasn't right it's not hard to follow simple orders. So now i get to figure out something else to feed the kids. Oh and we even had to sit in the truck with the temperature almost 90 for at least15 minutes because we ordered our pizza with seasoning on it. But never got it. Thanks
