Mcdonald's

The late shift crew at this location are horrible most times. Slower than acceptable, and rude. The food is usually old and dried out. Once they waited until I got to the window to pick up my food and told me to pick something else because it would take to long to make what I ordered. Management needs to really look at their late night crew and make changes. They are one of the last 24 hr locations, but unless I'm stopping for someone else I avoid this location. During the day they are much better. Afternoons are a toss up. Sometimes OK and sometimes bad. Definitely an obvious difference in work ethic and capability as the shifts change.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The fries were soggy and not cooked all the way. The fry box was broken but it was put in the bag anyway. The sandwiches I got were missing ingredients and thrown together sloppily. When I went in to get a new fry and sandwich everyone was standing around talking even though the place was dirty and I was waiting. Avoid this location.

I can't really honestly rate a McDonald's. Every location, you either get hot food or cold, or good or bad service. It is hit or miss. I will say the McDonald's in North Canton on the corner of Main and Applegrove is probably the best McDonald's I have been too. They have never messed up an order, food is always hot no matter the time of day, or if they are busy or not.

We went to the drive thru at 11:15 and ordered 2 cheeseburgers amd 2 double cheeseburgers 1 med fry. The whole order was cold and stale. The buns were hard, the double cheeseburgers were sloppily put together. The 2 large drinks 1 was warm and flat. Thus is the last time we will visit this location. The store on 21 in Navare is amazing!! Food is always fresh and hot.
