Pizza Oven

I ADDED PIC OF MY PIZZA AND WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE FROM OTHER LOCATIONS. Have been a customer for over 30 years and have purchased from all locations. The Massillon location is a joke. They never put the right amount of cheese on anything and are very rude. My pizzas are all red and barley can see cheese. I called the manager after the 3rd time in a row of this happening and he did not care. I was polite and did not get rude with him but the manager acted very annoyed when I questioned why I was not getting what I paid for. He actually said he was the "cheese guy" and the other locations are doing it wrong. Not only was he rude, he hung up on me after I said "Thank you," just like the lady answering the phones for orders. I believe in being nice as possible to food servers but this guy should not be dealing with the public at all. Never again, there are enough good local pizza places around here that i can spend $30-$60 an order on. At this point, I would rather eat pizza hut than give money to this sad place. Stay away, go to Kraus' or Marscotti's, better pizza and nicer people.

I have ordered Pizza Oven for over 30 years. The pizza has pretty much always been delicious. But since I’ve been ordering from the Massillon Pizza Oven I have been very disappointed in how rude they are when you call and even when you go pick up your food. They always tell you it’s an hour and a half for delivery. No way! They clearly just don’t want to work. I’m sure the Dipetros would be very upset if they knew of this behavior.

I have been eating Pizza Oven pizza for years, growing up it was a treat when my parents would get it and it was excellent every time. I definitely expect it to be good every time especially for the price. More often than not the Pizza Oven in Massillon is awful, if you are in the mood for Pizza Oven DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN MASSILLON ON LINCOLN WAY! Tonight I ordered a large pizza with just sausage and cheese, the dough wasn't risen, there was barely any sauce, and a scant amount of toppings- it's always a roll of the dice to order from this particular pizza oven. Whoever owns this one needs to sell it to someone who cares!! I should have went to Kraus' they always have good pizza!
