Tan's Egg Roll King

Absolutely disgusting! Went here for the first time yesterday and paid 31 bucks for food that was barely edible. We upgraded our meals to the noodles and to our surprise they gave us plain noodles with no flavor at all... and i ordered bourbon chicken and my husband and mother ordered coconut chicken there was no taste difference between the two and the were both white colored chicken bites with no sauce...could barely eat that... I don't understand how people like this food with no sauce and portion sizes smaller than any other Chinese food place I have ever been too. Save your money go somewhere else

Went here for the first time, having recently moved back home from FL. We used to go to Ben Tan’s ALL the time when they had the restaurant and thought we’d give it a try. Father/Son owners were so super-nice. We had hot and sour soup, szechuan chicken, and, of course, egg rolls! It was all absolutely DELICIOUS! We’ll definitely be regulars

Really sad situation here. Tans ownership - the food and portion size was great and everything was fresh. New ownersship - prices went up, portion size went down, overall quality went down, food is very bland, nothing tastes fresh. Tastes like everything is made in advance and just warmed up. I gave them 1 star because the people are very nice and seem to want to do well. Buying a name, recipes, and a crash course in the business don't equal the same success. Hopefully they will get it figured out. Maybe reach out to one of the "Help me" restaurant reality TV shows.

Between the tans in massillon and the one that use to be on 62 I have been going here for years. Really the only Chinese I like, can't find a governs chicken anywhere. But today I'm very disappointed. My rice is soggy, my chicken is very hard and crunchy even in sauce. My mom ate here about a month ago and reported the same info to me. I thought maybe she got a bad batch or something but there is no way we both got bad batches weeks apart. Sounds like price increase for you while they pay for cheaper items so they can profit more. This is very sad and I'm not sure of I'll be back. Crunchy chicken isn't worth $10+.

I have to be honest. I haven't tried much of their menu. I will eventually. I am addicted to their Italian Eggrolls. Yes, you read that right. ITALIAN. EGGROLLS. They are full of green peppers, Italian sausage, and cheese. Holy *EXPLETIVE*, these things are AMAZING! Seriously, try them. I guarantee you will fall in love just as I have. Oh, and buy extra because they are great reheated in the air fryer (microwave for 30-40 seconds to make sure it gets completely hot inside).
