I don’t know if she’s the manager or not, but the one that’s usually barking orders at people (employees, dashers AND customers) IS RUDE, miserable & a $hi#y manager! She snatches bags from customers, makes demands & acts like she’s being disturbed by the fact that you’re in the store! Writing this review hoping it brings overdue attention to her superiors. Almost anyone else could do a better job of running that place & they’d have to be more pleasant than her!

I tried this location tonight and I will never be back. I just left a complaint about this location because of how awful the service was tonight. They became severely backed up because two employees were joking around with each other. I stood there and saw them drop a whole order of food on the floor while playing around that they had to toss in the trash and I believe that's why they got backed up. People were cancelling orders and leaving because of how long it was taking just to complete simple orders, including for Door Dash. I waited for nearly 45 minutes---after my order was supposed to be complete---in the restaurant for them to complete a simple chicken tender combo that I ordered online. The restaurant became extremely packed because of incompetence on the employees' behalf. Replace the entire crew with new people if you don't want to lose customers. And refund my money if you want higher than 1 star because the way I was treated tonight is unacceptable. Simple as that.

I ordered wings at 12pm today for the championship game to be picked up at 7:30pm. I arrived to pick up my order and I had to wait another 40 minutes in the parking lot for my order because it wasn't ready. The wings have always been great but the wait time and staffing issues have me not wanting to go back until these issues are fixed....if they ever get fixed...
