Got there at 7:10. They only had 2 pieces of dark meat and 7 tenders left. Was told they were not going to cook anymore. They close at 9:00. I wonder how old the white meat they had left was? Went and got Chinese to go and got exactly what we ordered in about 5 minutes

I got there at 8:40pm, and they close at 9pm. Other than one other guy already ahead of the window waiting on his food, there wasn't anyone there. I ordered just chicken strips and fries and a drink for my son. I paid when I got to the window, and they gave me his drink, but had me pull forward for the food(still no one else in line). I literally waited until they closed, and I even tried calling, and they didn't bother to answer their phones, and I never got my son's food that I already paid for. The guy that had been waiting before me tried to go in, but they locked the doors, and never acknowledged him when he walked up to the drive thru window. I'll definitely never go back to this location, and I've told everyone I know.

They still do not allow customers to go inside. The cashier had trouble separating our order. The Dr. Pepper tasted like carbon only. But the classic KFC food is fresh & tastey.

Quality of food has went downhill. I've gotten biscuits so hard you can't eat they have completely left stuff out of my order and when I went back to get it they didn't even have any. Never received food that I paid for service has went downhill

Ordered our meals then afterwards were told we would have to wait 10 mins for biscuits. Just seems odd that there isn’t someone that keeps track of the things that are running low. Also lobby soda machine was out of ice.

Messed up our order 3 times and the first time we went in to mention it they insisted we were wrong. No ma'am, we did not go buy Cole slaw somewhere else and replace it with the macaroni that you THOUGHT you put in our bag.

I have been to the KFC in Marshfield maybe 5 times over the past 5 years and every time it is a negative experience. Yesterday was the worst experience yet. My husband ordered and paid for the food online and I picked it up through the drive through. They were out of chicken sandwiches (as usual) and asked me what I would like to do. I asked for my options which were a pot pie or some bowl smothered in gravy-I wanted neither. So I asked for chicken strips-NO, too big of a cost difference. I offered to pay the price difference-NO. Refund-NO. Any other food option-NO. A voucher for a chicken sandwich in the future-NO. Can I speak to a manager-"I am the manager" My ONLY options were to accept food I did not want, or leave the drive through with nothing and go get a refund online. I had 8 people waiting for this food, It was a $60 dollar order! Then, even though it was pre-ordered we had to wait in the drive through for another 10 minutes. Idk if they were cooking the pot pie or punishing us. Worst customer service experience ever. I will never go back and I suggest no one else wastes their time there either!

My chicken was dried out and soggy outside. It looked like it had been under a heat lamp all day.
The biscuit was hard as a rock. Thee only thing that was even remotely hard were the potatoes and gravy I won't eat here again and I love KFC
