Sonic Drive-in

Tonight I had the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I waited 10 minutes to place my order. I actually assumed something was wrong with the ordering board so I tried to call the establishment 3 times and nobody would answer the phone. Finally an employee answered I asked to speak to a manager he informed me he was a manager. I asked what was wrong he said they were busy. It took another 15 minutes to get my food to me so I was there for a total of 25 minutes... AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a chicken strip basket. The chicken strips looked completely inedible and the toast was burnt. I asked them if they make me another one because of how bad it looked. They made me more chicken strips but told me that couldn’t make me more tots or toast. They asked for the bag and proceeded to dump the tots and toast into the bag and then brought me a second bag with the fresh chicken strips.

I took my wife to Sonics for dinner and recieved our meal and had asked for a number 1 meal with no cheese and mustard. I drove out of town on the way home to finding out I had the wrong sandwich made for me and had to turn around and drive back to Sonics and ask them to remake the sandwich. I drove out of the parking lot and had to turn back around again for they made the same sandwich they did the first time. I then asked to to do it again trying to get what I ordered to the same sandwich again to the point I had to beat on thier door scream at the manager to do thier jobs correctly to get the right sandwich.... now by then I worried they were upset at me to the point of maybe spitting in my food so I threw away my 29 dollars in food and went somewhere else to eat . That happened to at about 5 pm thank you Sonics for your wonder experience

The drinks are amazing! That the only thing I like about this place! They charge you an ark & a leg to get low grade food! Purchase the supersonic burrito, I literally had 2 little bitty pieces of egg, more onions than the law allows, a few pieces of Sausage and 3 big slices of tomato thrown in there, and 3 Tator tots but charged 6.20 for that! Not impressed at all! And it’s always an excuse as to why your food was below average!
