Shane! This guy goes above and beyond to make anyone feel at home! Attention to detail while working about 4 others jobs. I will definitely always stop by to have the pleasure of him serving me while I am working in the area! He is such a GREAT asset to you! Thanks Shane for making us feel at home and always giving us great information about the area. We will definitely be back for that.

Ok the food great!!! The girls behind the bar, my.Kayla and Teresa both 5 star bar tenders. The managers, suck!! I’ve never been to a restaurant and watched two women on two different days work so hard. One Mgr in particular ( the only one with a Covid mask ), just stands there and watches. The 2nd day I went there was I guess a mgrs meeting and they were talking to some of the staff and Teresa was swamped. No one helped and they all saw it. And like on Saturday the masked mgr looks but NEVER helps. I was in their over 2 hrs on two different days and I was just shocked. But over all it was a great experience and the food was on point!!

First off I wanted a smoothie and no sorry our blender is broken, What!!! Second the burger my friend ordered was very greasy he kept taking stuff out because it's all falling out. Not to mention that the burger was bright red in the middle. I should have demanded a discount for it, but I didn't. They were also short people and you almost had to grab whoever walked by to get anything. I'm not going to go back there again.

They messed up our online order, this isn’t the first time that our food has either been cold or they forgot something. When called they tell us to come back to pick up the missed item but don’t offer anything to make up for our lost time or the fact that now my food has been sitting around for 20 minutes and is cold/soggy. Won’t be doing online ordering anymore- inside service is great and food is always good when we go inside. Just overall unimpressed when we have done to-go.

stale chips, steak tasted past its expiry, no marinara sauce for mozz sticks, freezer burnt broccoli, no dressing on my salad, waited forever for the server to acknowledge us even when we had to get up to ask after waiting 30 minutes. still took 20 minutes for my dressing and ended up having to hunt down another staff member to get us some so we could even start eating after 40 minutes of good sitting there. $5 for a simple beer. worst applebees experience weve ever had at this location.
