Kfc

I ordered 5 boxes of chicken x4 original and x1 hot and spicy. They gave me x1 original x4spicy had to ask for the other 3 boxes only to get home and find that they gave me 4 boxes of spicy and 1 original. Services was so slow they looked at the screen more than 30times and stood there doing very little, like they were confused. Had to ha back and get it exchanged they told me they would replace the x4 then they said they would just replace 1 🤦‍♀️ but ended up giving me 4. Such a muck around.

I found that the at most drive through is serviced much faster than if you wall in. I waited just over 30 minute peak hour for my order. I also have concerns for their youth staff are under a lot of stress and get upset while serving while the manager has been walking around. The manager at this store is a bully to staff and customers. The manager is aged about 22 . The staff should who are stresses and being bully should apply to Work Cover Qld and be compensated.

This is closest KFC from where we live and by far the worst run / managed store in Logan they are consistently out of products even chicken … how does that happen it’s chicken on menu wether out of wicked wings or have to wait 15 mins to order , worst was recently told no breast pieces only wings and legs available who is running this? The chips are soft lack seasoning. you have to check over your own order because they forget to put items in to complete the order . Bought mouse ….mouse being key word it was frozen someone really needs to come in run a tighter ship . If I was owner of this franchise I’d be embarrassed. Come on can we have someone with idea how to manage and run a crew . We avoid now sorry get it together and stay consistent.

This is review for KFC in general across Brisbane. It is unfortunate to say, but food served in restaurants and what is advertised is total opposite. All the food is smaller in size. On regular size chips I counted 11 sticks. Hot rods are half the size compared to advertised version. Same is with tender pieces. Simply advertisement is total lie and cheating on people. Only good item is Pepsi, because it is made by someone else and not by KFC. Marketing people and management of KFC should be held accountable for cheating and lying. They are bunch of crooks. Shame on them. People, always check what you get from Australian KFC, because you will be cheated and left shorthanded. If you respect yourself, DO NOT BUY KFC.
