Always good coffee and friendly staff but the cafe could be a lot cleaner. I have been to Caffè Nero’s in e.g., Oman and they were so much cleaner.

Popped in on boxing day, very busy made to feel very welcome. Coffee great, thanks for being open on a bank holiday

Nice location in the high street, can get packed, seating is good and an upstairs that can be a good place to relax.

The service was slow, and the staff could be friendlier. The whole coffee shop could do with a good clean, the tables were dirty and the floor was dirty.

Sadly looking tired and quiet often no crockery due to dishwasher failure.
If I'm paying top price and eating in I'd like to eat my food with a proper knife and fork not served on paper and breakable cutlery.
