Dunkin'

Limited hours hamper this place. It’s in a decent spot too, right along route 20. However, it’s not the only one along route 20, as there are at least 2 others within a mile or so. Last time I visited things were alright. Coffee was fine, service was decent, orders were prepared quick. It’s Dunks, don’t expect anything crazy but don’t settle for anything less than average either.

It's my own fault for coming to a dunkin donuts that NEVER has any customers at it. I order my coffee at the drive through, and when I got to the window I was handed a cup of cream. I said "I think there's too much cream in that. There's supposed to be 3". He said "OK? Well, I just press a button on a machine" and laughs. I said "but I asked for 3, so shouldn't it be made the way I asked for it? He said "I dunno. Let me see it"... so I pointed to the sticker and said "3 cream. I'm not handing it back to you though. I rather drink it at this point than have you remake it" he laughed, again, and shut the window. Mind you I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. Then a girl come over to give me the next part of my order and says have a nice day before I can even tell her she forgot the.last half.of my otder

They have the doors locked at random but still accept walk in orders from the app. So if you have to get to work and don't have time to wait in the drive thru line - Dunkin Donuts hustled you for 5 bucks. No clear communication on why they are still ​accepting walk in orders if they are closed for some reason.

I went there one time and customer service was terrible. Today I gave a second shot and it was just traumatic. I placed the order online to pick up on drive through. Without a good morning, i was given the first item, after that, a middle aged american man gave me my coffee. I asked if the coffee had sugar, the man asked me, did you ask sugar? You will only get what you ask for. I didn’t say a word. The cup is not the type that you can drink without straw, so I asked for one in a very polite way. The man turns to me and say that I need to learn how to say thank you and please. I was schocked and had no word. After couple minutes, they gave me the last item of the order, which after arriving home, I realized they gave me hashbrowns instead of Boston Donut. I am a very easy going customer, always, and never write reviews, but this man CAN’T work with customer service. This messed up my day and I deeply regret not talking to the manager or someone that could tell him that he should never talk to people like that, independently if a customer or not. I will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts and I don’t recommend you do too.
