Dunkin'

Just bought a sandwich and coffee at solomon pond mall Marlborough DD at 1127am dec 31st 2021. First bite of sandwich was partially cold but hot croissant. Second bite the sausage and egg were definately cold. I went back and waited in line to request a warm/hot sandwich. Server goes to cashier and mentioned that the sandwich was bitten; cashier returns and chastises me that I shouldn't wait half an hour to complain, she then requested another sandwich made for me. I watched the sandwich being made and she toasted a cold egg and sausage then handed to me. I tried to request for the sausage and egg be warmed first but got a yelling at. So, I left the paid for sandwich behind.

I love that Dunks offers more plant based and vegan options now. We just tried their avocado toast for the first time from this location! It was divine! The bread is served warm and it's Sourdough (which is amazing)! There is the avo spread on top (which I think is a Yucatan brand or another similarly tasting store bought guac spread) and a little seasoning of sesame and poppy seeds on top. It's nice! It warms the heart, fills the belly, and is only $2.99 which isn't horrible. We paired it with a vegan Mocha Swirl Oatmilk Latte and it makes it so much more of a complete meal! I will definitely be raving about it on my Insta! Thanks Dunks🤗

Well one of the girl workers named Daniela was giving me attitude and saying to speak up when I told her what I wanted clearly and then when I Oder the stuff I get it cold I’m paying a lot of money I would like to get what I ask for I would not be doing business with them again. Treat people with respect stop giving other workers that work in the mall free drink not fair I have to pay for mine you guys don’t even give discount!
