I love this Chick Fil A. The staff is super friendly and provides phenomenal customer service. The food is always delicious. They have the friendliest staff of any fast food establishment I’ve ever visited. For those who didn’t have a great experience I’d say give them another chance because this is the best location I’ve visited. Sometimes it is extra busy yes but it’s worth the wait.

Dirty, no paper towels in the men’s room, no one was cleaning or checking on tables, kid indoor play ground is now a storage room and for staff items. They gave us half our order. This was not like all the other Chick-fil-A restaurants. No worker was wearing a mask so why was the kid play ground closed?
We were let down here. We have been stopping at these restaurants from Maine to Texas and now back. This was the biggest disappointment from service. Definitely needs new management.

My first time I was there, I spent 4 hours in it, the service was friendly, there was this girl names Alian. They were taking my order and gave me my food and was extremely polite and sweet. Definitely a good job at hiring someone who can get a job done. 5 star for good food, good employee's, and good service!

We went to the Marlborough location last night around 8pm on 07/12/22. We ordered two number 2’s the spicy deluxe. My husband ate his food when we got home (I didn’t eat right away because we have a newborn and I was attending to her) and about 25 minutes later he started getting very sick. Headache,vomiting,sweating,feeling weak. I had him take an at home covid test just to rule that out and after being examined it turns out he had food poisoning. The chicken he ate was clearly not cooked all the way. This is very disappointing and Clearly nobody is in charge of food control and food temps. What a shame. Thank goodness I didn’t eat my food.

Super busy when our family of 8 stopped in for lunch. Line moved pretty quickly (we were inside.) the person taking our order kind of seemed like they didn’t care to be taking our order. We got our food quickly with a missed item. When I went to retrieve the missed item I was asked for the receipt (that was never given to me) and told it was in the bag. I went back to find it in a bag (it wasn’t there) and returned to the counter. The staff member who seemed to be responding to me put their finger up as in to wait while they served a different customer in the dining room but instead of returning to me at the counter they went to my table to look for where the receipt was (someone had stapled it to the side of one of our kids meals.) it just felt very negative as I was standing at the counter holding a squirming baby and had I not been paying attention to the person assisting the situation specifically I would’ve been left standing there looking like an idiot while they were off trying to rectify their mistake digging around our bags at our table. Otherwise a pleasant experience, food was good and restaurant was clean.

I wanna start by saying how shocked I am that my order was this bad because normally chik fil a is the best.
I ordered a NON spicy chicken sandwich, and got a very spicy sandwich. I can't do spice and I got sick. My French fries were less than half full, I'm talking I had 3 full Waffle fries, a French fry and a couple broken ends, I asked for cherry coke, and got regular coke. The burger was so spicy I couldn't even eat it I had to throw it away.
I'm shocked honestly because the service and food is usually excellent but tonight? Absolutely awful.
Edit hours later. Yes I came back to ADD to this review hours later as I now am awake at 3am, with food poisoning. So not only was my food terrible, there was also something wrong with it.

Ordered a meal( spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries , vanilla shake) drive through. They gave only shake and no sandwich !when I realized, I drove back and they apologized - I had to park and go in - took my bag After I drove away - half way home I realized they forgot waffle fries! I could not believe it . How could they run such an incompetent business! I called the manager who promised to call me back from store / never heard back . Very very poor customer service . This place should be shut down .

Order had 2 items that were completely missing and I didn't realize until I got home. Lesson learned, always make sure your whole order is complete even if you have to sit at the drive thru for a few extra minutes.
