Five Guys

Love 5Guys...unfortunately getting orders correct is always a challenge for 'front of the house'. Rating isn't for food quality or taste. Instinct is to blame chefs...but rarely is it incorrect from 'entered order'...it is our ONLY fast food burger preference/provider! If only they could make the fries and burgers calorie-free! ;)

Under normal circumstances we adore five guys. This particular one though I'll never be back to not even to give it a second chance. We walked in the door and we were greeted by head banging music. We had to listen to this while we were waiting for our food to be cooked and while we ate dinner. On top of it all I ordered a hot dog, how hard is it to mess up a hot dog I wondered. Well now I know. There was so much in the way of condiments ketchup, mustard and relish. I could barely find the hot dog. Also it oozed out all over my hands, and all over the table. It was quite a mess. Sadly I ended up eating lunch angry. I shouldn't have to go through that nor should that music have ever been playing in the background, and it was incredibly loud. The odd part is when a different employee walked in for shift change she immediately changed the music. The guy who was listening to it was that cook. He walked out the door like. Like I said I'm never going back. See you around the universe kids happy eats.

Mesin is as AWESOME as the food is! I was in a great mood already because I have been craving Five Guys and he put me in an even better mood with how pleasant & nice he was! It is so refreshing when you come across someone who is in the service industry and you can tell that they enjoy their job or can pretend well enough that they do vs making customers miserable because they are. Keep it up Mesin! You rock!

The burgers are great but every time I’ve been to this location the fries suck. Last time I got little bits no longer than an inch and this time I got the Cajun style. Half were warm half were cold and soggy. And they were absolutely covered in Cajun seasoning. Can I get some fries with my seasoning? Next time I’ll get a burger here and go to Wendy’s or McDonald’s for some fries.
