This place rushes so much you can't even tell them they get the order wrong. Horrible service, the lady working 7pm July 7th 2022, you couldn't even understand her and she obviously couldn't understand me. Got my order wrong and was rushing me out of the drive thru window so i couldn't even comfortably go back and say something. Horrible.

Its a hit or miss location, sometimes food is hot and fresh, akd the other times it's cold ,stale and nasty

If this place doesn't close down within this year I would be surprised. The fish was under done. And the grease would just drip out of it and the shrimp were over done. I suggest you eat somewhere else

They will never believe you when you claim that the number order was given incorrectly even if you have shown a picture of your order. They wanted you to repack all your orders and send them back... order 12 pcs and got 7 pcs of chicken.

I went here 4/26/21 and got the new chicken sandwich and it was terrible. Sandwich was very dry and 3 packets of ketchup didn't help.
The French fries were horrible! Day old wilty fries. Not sure if it was KFC food or the specific location.
Will try it at another location because I have never been disappointed with KFC before.
