75% chance your order will be made wrong, even if you try to simplify it, especially if ordering with DoorDash or curbside pickup. Someone there is running cabinets without checking grill slips, resulting in many incorrect orders. Order times are ridiculously high as well, so always be ready for a wait. Management is aware of these issues, but has yet to improve the situation in any meaningful way. If you can go to the Pike St location instead, you will have a much better experience!

i suggest you find the nearest Wendy’s instead, they at least have workers who have graduated high school, not a bunch of drop outs. can’t take an order, can’t work coupons, can’t talk without an attitude, can’t fulfill orders correctly or at all really.
won’t be coming back, threw the cold and saltless fries in the trash and literally went straight to Wendy’s.
hire a new crew, i suggest one with some brains and manors lol.

Have had good experiences and bad . Orders mixed up or not made right . Some employees very nice .others don't take time to say have a nice day. As a person who has worked with the public for years in the past no that it's not always a good day but I feel you should treat your coustomers they way you want to be treated .

ALL I ordered was a SMALL mango-pineapple smoothie. They handed me the smoothie and it was barely above half way. I’m not exaggerating and I hadn’t taken a single sip out of it yet, I almost asked them to remake it :/

Ordered on the app. Went thru drive thru to pick up order. They refused to give me my order saying I didn't pay. Bank account shows I was charged. They yelled at me and refused to give me my food that I paid for. Legal action has been taken. Beware of these idiots. Manager is worthless and refused refund after showing proof they charged me.

No refills charge u for everything when i can go to mcdonalds down the road owned by the same owner and they dont do that management should not get to make rules all mcdonalds should be the same period.
