Ihop

This was the first time eating here. The outside needs attention. Alot of cigarette butts all over near the entrance. The back where you have to park needs attention. Going in is clean. However, tight spot for the waitresses area as patrons have to walk in thier area in order to sit. This place needs a face lift and rearranging to help make this place flow better. Our waitress was attentive. Our food order came out in 14 minutes after ordering and was hot. The food was good made to order like we wanted, so no complaints.

Visited this IHOP on Memorial Day for a quick dinner with our grandchildren. It took close to 15min to get seated with no one ahead of us. There was a manager, two waitresses and at least one cook in the kitchen. The restaurant was not very busy but the service was very slow. My meal came out completely wrong but we kept it anyway. The waitress had to be reminded what we wanted, to refill our drinks, etc. The manager was obviously a huge part of the problem. He had a bad attitude and appeared not to care or to encourage his staff at all. I have visited this IHOP for decades and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. IHOP should close this restaurant to protect their brand until they can find a competent manager and staff to run it.

Lots of parking. Seating was tough as the booth was too close to table and would not move for in and out. Bathrooms were not very clean but at least there was toilet paper, soap and paper towels. No soap or towels in mens room. Wall paper was peeling and windows were dirty. We had a great server but my order got messed up and I got regular bacon on my BLT, but my server got me the correct Turkey bacon BLT. Good coffee too. This restaurant needs lots of inside work.
