American Deli

We went to America Deli for dinner. Customer service was great. We ordered hot wing meal. Which came with a drink and French fries. Wings tasted excellent. Spicy, sweet, with a dash of vinegar. The wings are crispy.. The French fries crispy and tasty. The facilities is small but clean. I definitely can see myself coming back!

I placed a large order with them. I use two methods of payment( cash and a debit card) the cashier obviously did not know how to process the two payments. I was overcharged $.40 on my debit card. She claimed "your balances on this card is only $.40."! ( which she charged to the card) It went down hill after that.!! We all know the bank does not give a merchant your bank acct. bal. plus my acct. had sufficient funds to cover the amount. She went on to take the cash with a different debit card. She overcharged that debit card and had to refunded me the overcharge in cash.( she had NO idea how to reverse the charges back the card). She Still failed to refund me the $.40 from the first card. She stated that the manager would reach out to me regarding my bad experience at their restaurant. That was two days ago.

Great food and customer service! First time coming here.I called before coming in because I had lots of questions about food and if we could eat inside, young lady who answered the phone was really polite and answered all my questions. I came in she explained the different combos provided and made everything to my liking. Sat and ate in the restaurant very good food and great environment!! Will definitely be return soon.! Best location so far.!!

A disgusting and ridiculous owner/ operator. 1st I had to ask the lady behind the counter to wash her hands. Then I receive my food and it's not prepared as I asked. A sloppy nasty mess and to top if off it was not even hot. When asking for a half refund the owner wants to go back and forth,and says he can give 10 percent off the my next order. He must have lost his mind, because there will be no next order! The lack of service and customer service these days is unfathomable. Do not spend your money here because if any thing is not right or missing from your order, he acts as if your on trial instead of a paying customer.
