I bought their sourdough sandwich on Saturday and Sunday.
The one on Saturday, the bread was not toasted or barely toasted, and the eggs were fridge cold, i had to warm it up before I could eat it.
On Sunday I went in, mentioned my experience from the day before. This time they almost burned the bread. I asked specifically to have regular bacon, it was still honey Bacon or their regular bacon is also sweet🫤.
Online i had the option to change the bacon with sausage but the lady didn't give me the option. Overall I don't like the service and the quality. İd rather drive a little more to another branch to get a better service although this one is walking distance from my house

I came to pick up an order and since you stepped in everyone made visual contact and welcomed me! That was a first! I was taking care of in an excellent prompt and efficient way! I was offered a black coffee for the road too! GREAT STAFF AND MANAGEMENT! Keep it up! (Not typical for a Dunkin Donuts locations) Boom!

After trying to order at the drive up window, the speaker was not working properly and the man taking the orders was SCREAMING into the speaker. At the pick up window I was told to drive back around because I did not place my order quickly enough and they could not take my order at the window. It was for 1 small cup of coffee. This must have been too challenging of a task. I find them rude and can get my coffee elsewhere from someone more pleasant.

This is the closest Dunkin to us, but we may start going to another one because this one gets our order wrong all the time! We've gotten cold coffee several times as well. Some of the staff can also be rude or short at times- in particular there is one man at the drive thru that is always short and seems upset. "Is that it? Is that it? Is that it? Is that it?"
He also tells me menu items aren't available or that they don't sell certain items and when I get to to window, they offer me what I was told was not there..

This is the second and last time I will be visiting this Dunkin' donuts store. The first time I went, the man in the drive-thru hurried me through my order. He just kept repeating the total after I would order another item and then he'd say thank you pull around. I don't normally go to Dunkin' donuts, but I visited because I had a few minutes before an appointment and there's no Starbucks around. So today I went for my second and last time. When I pull to the board I looked at the menu for maybe 60 seconds, and the whole time he just kept talking and saying hello may I help you. The first time I went, I kept telling him I'd like a minute to look at the menu, but he would keep talking. This second time, I decided I wouldn't say anything until I was ready to order because I didn't want to be rushed. After the 60 seconds I took two focus on the menu and decide what I wanted, I provided my order. No answer. I said hello? No answer. At that moment I decided to just drive off. I will never come here again. I don't think that it's necessary to rush customers through the drive-thru, nor do I think it is appropriate to ignore someone after they decide to take the amount of time that they need to in order to view a menu they're unfamiliar with. The Man in drive-through has some very serious issues with showing customers dignity and respect. Learn to be patient! Give people a minute if they need that in order to decide what they want! And most of all, learn how to provide good customer service.

I go to Dunkin occasionally to fill my Dunkin crave. The folks there are getting better at greeting you in a more friendly inviting fashion.
Their breakfast sandwiches are always good, I noticed the apple fritters were huge again like they used to be long ago, although I didn't get one for calorie sake! Maybe next time...

The worst Dunkin’ around! They are so inconsistent. No matter what you order it will taste gross and probably will be wrong. Coffee always taste burnt and will be over flowing so it spills in your cup holder. Don’t waste your time or money on this location.

You now I've been going to this location for as long as I can remember. But the new owner and his son really don't like there customers. If there is a issue with an order they get rude and short with the customers. We live in the area and word of mouth is spreading quickly not to go to this location. So hopefully you read this and think about it. Very disappointed customers.
