3 day process for this visit. Day 1, told fryer wasn’t working. No LJS today. Day 2, arrive at 11:00, store opens at 10:30 but doors are locked. No LJS. Day 3, they have LJS! Cashier tells me he should have left when he had the chance lol. Ordered an extra piece of chicken, notice the pic, one is 2/3 the size of the others. Where did the little crusty bits go also??? Finally, the taste… maybe the oil hasn’t been changed in a wee bit… thus the 2. Lol. Thank you to all the other Long John Silvers out there that still care

I can count the number of times they’ve been out of chicken on more than one hand. This time I order a spicy chicken sandwich and they added such a small amount of sauce I might as well have ordered a regular sandwich. Plus, the Sierra Mist and Dr. Pepper were nothing but carbonated water. KFC needs to realize this franchise is dragging their name through the mud.

Extremely terrible customer service. Ordered order through app. Went to through drive through with no one it. Waited for 5 min before someone finally talked to us, only to tell us to come in. When we got inside it was empty and employees were standing around telling stories about customers. We walked in and told them we had a mobile order. They said they were backed up(store was empty) and didn't have order ready(15 after order said was ready). It appeared they were just standing around talking thus were not even making order till we arrived. Food was ok, didn't make up for the terrible service.

This place is in need of an overhaul seriously!! I've been in there a few times and each time it's dirty, floors etc. I've seen customers being treated with disrespect. I went in there today just for fries and a small mash potato. I got stale barely warm fries no spoon or napkin. I said thank you when I first got my order and the young man just closed the window on me. We turned right around after testing the fries and were told we would get a fresh order, but they gave us the rest of the semi warm stale fries and another worker walked out behind my daughter laughing at her. The floor was sticky this place needs new management and workers that don't look like they are doing Saturday detention and flying by with the day. This is extremely unexceptable!!!

Seriously just close this place down and let something new come into town. I keep giving them chances (because all those previous reviews are accurate) but after my last visit when one of the girls was wearing a hoodie (with the hood on!) COVERED in animal hair! Covered! That cannot be sanitary and she put my food in the box. I threw my food away. I will never go back now that was the final straw.

We went here for dinner today and ordered by mobile. We go there in the drive thru and sat there for 5 MINUTES until someone answered in what seemed like an annoyed tone "What can I get you." I told him I had a mobile order and he responded with "Go inside for that." I went in and the time was 20 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED! Supposedly the email said my order was ready and waiting but I walk in and the employees are telling stories and just hanging around. I ask for my mobile order and the man there says "We're backed up" LYING TO ME and then I stand around for 10 minutes and finally get my order but the food was actually great

Why, why, why hasn’t this horribly ran KFC been shut down yet?! 33 weeks pregnant and all I wanted was some fried chicken after my son’s soccer game tonight. Tired and didn’t want to cook for an hour. Not only was the cashier at the drive through extremely rude, slamming the window before I can even get a word out, but then when we were told to park in front of the building for our order, waited 45 minutes for literally nothing! When I finally decided to go inside for a refund, drive-thru girl was on her phone while 4 other employees were in the kitchen doing who knows what. When the manager confronted her about my order, she proceeded to tell him that they were waiting on chicken, yet there were 5 FULL sheets of chicken in the warmers… I know that stuff wasn’t fresh because the guy putting chicken in the warmers, was handling them with his BARE HANDS… Seriously do not waste your time in this sad excuse of an establishment!!

They open at 10:30am. A employee came out at 10:45am and said they are still getting ready inside. We ordered online and the order was suppose to be ready at 10:47am. We waited another 20 for our food. Based off this and all the other reviews I read something weird I think is going on at this KFC.
