Miss Saigon

The service was good and my food was tasty. However, we waited for a very long time for our food and when one dish came out cold, the manager only argued with us and offered to remake an already late meal. The food was too cold to eat and the taste of the dish ruined. Instead of just reimbursing us for the $10 meal and keeping us happy, the manager argued with us and told us we were wrong. Guess we will continue to forget this place is here and eat elsewhere.

I don't understand what happens when I go to this place - it's as though all the other reviewers are actually talking about the Campbell location, which is delicious, quick and reasonable. The Ina location has consistently gotten my orders wrong, fixed them incorrectly, and served barely edible food not worth the price. I initially took my dad to this location because I love the Campbell store - his eggplant and my beef noodle soup were both close to inedible. His was soggy, flavorless mush which our server erroneously described as very spicy. Mine was similar, the noodles were a squishy mess covered over by a thick layer of melted beef fat. Our server forgot about us for long periods, and our fried tofu came with no sauce at all. The sauce they brought to us later was not the one described on the menu. I went back to be sure it wasn't a one time experience and the service and food were similarly poor the second time. Super disappointing. Campbell location only from now on - I can't believe they're even associated.

Food quality didn't match what we had been told when place was recommended. Tempura vegetables were breaded and deep fried but greasy and heavy, not like tempura we've had elsewhere. Green curry was very good but slices of chicken appeared to be prepackaged. Not altogether wishing we hadn't come but don't intend to return.

Loved the atmosphere and everything about the actual place even the outside. Food was good, much smaller portions than the one downtown which is a downside. Another thing main reason I'm giving 3 stars was the server not sure if he was new or not but every time we asked for something he would take a deep breath put his head down and say ugh. Not very professional he might of been tired which is understandable but not express himself that way.Everyone else said hi, bye, or thank you for comimg.

The managerf Kevin is awful! He has gotten out to go order incorrect 5 separate occasions! The food is amazing or we will have a new friend would not ever return! When we dine in the service from other servers is amazing ! We were very shocked to find out Kevin was the manager he does not present himself as the manager in any matter. We will go to new cortaro location just because of his poor customer service

UNBELIEVABLE! Amazing food and service! The staff is super helpful no matter if youre eating there or taking food to go! I have been coming to this place for over a year and a half now and it has yet to disappoint me! I even moved to the east side of town and will drive to the northwest side just to eat here! PLease do not confuse with the one close to the UofA campus! That was a disappointment and is not related though the name is the same! Will be coming back here with family and friends for years to come!
