Subway

Been coming to this Subway for about twelve years under multiple different owners. The current owners are probably the worst I’ve seen, though. There are a couple employees who will close one or two hours early without so much as putting up a sign or locking the door. The only two who actually seem to be good (the only two whom I tip) are clearly mistreated by management and the other staff. I likely won’t be coming back until the next time this Subway changes hands.

Owner clearly takes advantage of teenagers looking for a job because several kids now have been duped out of being paid because the owner wants to get free labor by saying it's "unpaid training until the employee gets it or quits it" they also never open on time & close early without warning or reason they never make the food how it's asked & act as if you're inconveniencing them by asking them the basic thing of do the job you were hired for.... Making food for people. I used to work for a few different locations myself & hearing how this one is operated is just disgusting

Terrible service and a terrible sandwich. The lady, think she was the owner, she was not in a uniform, making the sandwich was bothered she had to come to assist the one employee working during lunch hour. Kept asking the same question over and over again. Then the sandwich was poorly made because she was in a hurry. She put so much mayonnaise on it, she could tell I was concerned, I looked at the glob of mayo and then looked at her. She kept going, and asked if I wanted a sauce for the 5th time! We had to remake the sandwich at home and take off the excessive mayo. I will never go back to this store.

Very rushed both the young ladies were very rude. We were only ones there they seemed to want us out as quickly as possible ask a question seemed to upset them so ended up getting only 1 sandwich was going to buy 5 but didn't fill very welcome. Wont go to this one again. In maple valley across from QFC

The web site says this is one of the only Subways that stays open until 10 p.m. My daughter and I had a late appointment in Tacoma, so we looked on the GPS and went out of our way to go to Maple Valley (we live in Auburn) so that we could get a sandwich. When we got there, the person fixing sandwiches (there were no other customers) was miffed because we wanted TWO sandwiches (one for me, one for my daughter). She said she closed in 2 minutes, and she only had time to fix one sandwich. Really??? So which of us didn't get to eat? Since she was clearly unwilling to make 2 sandwiches and perhaps stay until 9:35 (even though they close at 10??) We asked if she just wanted us to leave. She said yes. Wow. Great customer services. I'm done with Subway. Haven't found one that really cares about customers yet.
