Five Guys

Normally this is 10/10 everytime kinda place5/22/22 as a business owner myself I would fire everyone working there tonight. The manger was so concerned with closing he didn’t have time to deal with customers. I had an online order I stood in there for 30 plus min and no one said a word to me it was not busy. It was almost intentional how they ignored everyone and continued to talk amongst themselves.They dropped my wrapped food on the floor and then picked it up and put it in the bag like it was no big deal…I just walked out without anything..I lost my money and didn’t get food but it was better than dealing with any of that

This Five Guys has become our go to place when we want a good hamburger. The people here when we go are always great and helpful, the place is always clean, and the food is freshly made, and it tastes it. The biggest thing you may want to ask it light salt, they are more than generous with the salt shaker, but the fries are awesome no matter what. So, if you are looking for great food, that is made fresh, and great people this is the place you need to go.

Fries were a TOTAL waste of $5! Oil soaked, under cooked but still somehow seemed overcooked, soggy, hot mess! Wish I knew what everyone was talking about with "best fries" 😂 such a joke! I tasted one. That's as much as I could handle. The ONLY reason it's getting stars is because the cheeseburger was good. Place was a mess too. Tried to contact customer service online (I want at least my $5 back!) and the page won't even open.

I walked into Five Guys with my wife at 7:58 tonight not knowing they closed at 8:00. We were immediately greeted by Christina saying it’s ok we’re open until 8! One of her coworkers walked right over and said “its 8:00 already were closed”pointing to the clock in the grill area. Christina said it’s ok if you need to punch out I’ll help these customers. Being a DM in the customer service industry I know how hard it is to find employees like Christina. Thank you Christina for doing the right thing by serving us from the register to the grill after your fellow employee left!
