Got my order from the drive-through... The 2 burgers were completely uncooked. I can not return it because they are closed already.

The worst food/customer service. The staff is inconsistent. Everytime I go here I'm always missing an item, modification request is not fulfilled, and sauce that I ask for is never in the bag. Just tonight I asked for buffalo sauce and they took my bag of food back and had me park..FOR SAUCE. And after 10 minutes they give me my bag and guess what.. NO SAUCES. I'm sure they were behind on my order and didn't want to apologize or even tell me what was going on. Don't come here.

They forgot to put a simple cheeseburgerburger in my bag at the drive through. And they expect 15 an hour? Sorry not sorry but this happens quite often. Their job is not worth 15 an hour. Get a real job at a warehouse or fix plumbing if you want a respectable wage. Im never rude to those workers ever. But forgetting to put the food I paid for in the bag is inexcusable. Do better if you want a reapectable wage.

They deserve no stars at this particular restaurant on Lathrop road in Manteca California. We were completely ignored as we waited to order our meal at the walk-in counter. When we finally did get waited upon the the associate was very rude. He acted very annoyed that he had to help us. I will never go to another McDonald's as long as I live. Horrible experience

I don’t care to ever leave reviews but this place outdoes itself every time with the lazy terrible service. Workers take their time because the management cares less about the job than they do. I’ve worked at McDonald’s and yes it’s not a fun job but there should be no excuse for the type of ignorance they hired at this location.

I've been here a few times and today will be the LAST TIME! The food was disgusting and poorly made. I order spicy chicken sandwich patty was so dry & chewy & Coca Cola taste like no taste at all 🤔

I've been here a few times and today will be the LAST TIME! The food was disgusting and poorly made. But the biggest reason? Because there were BUGS in my drink. And sadly I didn't know until I had drank almost half. I dont appreciate having to explain to my boss why I'm vomiting in the trashcan.
