Staff has little CS skills, prices are not up to date only a crayon written message that they have changed. large was $21.99 now $29.75? Quite the difference in price. When we asked what’s on the combination pizza they pointed to a sign and said “that” How hard is it to name off the toppings it should be basic knowledge to help a customer choose a pizza. Too many pizza places to choose from to have sub par staff, no wonder the place is empty on a Friday evening.

It's about 100 degrees out and my wife and I are recovering from covid. I turned to her and said "would Mountain Mike's make you feel better"! She lit up and said it always makes you feel better. So after picking up a $28.00 dollar medium pizza and returning home we settled in and took our first bites when we released the pepperoni was missing. I called and the girl said her manager told her if we took a bite there is nothing they can do! Extremely rude person. Not cool Mountain Mike's! Craig ithe manager is supposed to call us back. I stopped taking bites and said I'll bring it back . But the girl just shot me down in an extremely rude tone. Saying her manager told her there is NOTHING they can do! I don't feel any better heading out to this establishment and regret doing so! Sorry I even thought of you MIKE! Your help is rude! I didn't get what I paid for so where am I wrong? So upset at you "Mike"! UPDATE: went down and met Jenny. She did not agree with the previous statements, Jenny took care of us! Thank you Jenny for your compassion! God bless you and yours!

One great thing to know is that all Mountain Mike's pizza is the same - awesome. Pizza dough is cooked to perfection, now what you put on it that's on you. Of course I go for vegetarian style. Usually I get the garlic white sauce, I had a friend that always wanted double the red sauce so again people have choices. My fav is the Mt. Veggiemore with garlic white sauce and add jalapeños. Actually that's the pizza me and an ex boyfriend would always order🍕 😋

Its was extremely soft, delicious and well prepared pizza. If I ever come back to California this is the restaurant I'd eat at first: hands down. If you have not tried or found a pizza place you'd like or to test out your favorite place pizza. Well, you should come and try Mountain Mike's Pizza; I suggest the 20 sliced pizza

For 7 years I have this place 4 stars. Today I'm giving them 1. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, one with salame and the other with bacon with light sauced. They both had NO pepperoni and one of them was heavily sauced. I just spent $38 for some good pizza only to be disappointed. I called and let the manager know and all he said was he would let his crew know. If I didn't eat the pizzas, and brought them back they would do something. First of all, my family was eating while I was doing something else so they didn't know what I ordered til someone asked me. Second, I'm not going to drive another 20 minutes back and wait another 20 minutes for them to make the pizza right when they should have the first time while making my family wait to eat. This is ridiculous. I'll go to round table or pizza guys or do business elsewhere. It's a ashamed cuz I've been a patron for years even been there with my son's football teams. SMH
