Wendy's

Had a nice experience today in the drive through. This location was out of regular Dr Pepper and Coke so we had to chose alternative drinks. The burgers were hot and fresh as were the fries! We almost didn’t pull off I-95 due to the negative reviews but the food was really delicious at least at the beginning of lunch today.

Ordered online. When I arrived asked if they had chili. Never got a reply from the clerk. Then realized I wanted choc not vanilla frosty. She had just started to pour. No reply. Asked again about chili and got a nod. So ordered. No speech to me. Got orders and never heard a word from the clerk!! As I was leaving, checked salad dressing. It was wrong. No speech. Just changed it!!

Wendy's over the years have declined just had my last visit with them. Menu items have changed for the worst. Twice I've ordered what was listed as a cheddar cheeseburger and got home to realize I had chicken. Staff looks to be in training all the time. Their uniforms looks dirty. I can go on but it's just easier for me is just to stay away forever!

This is to the lady that works at the counter with the 8 blonde braids in her hair. When my mom couldn't understand you because she half deaf and leaned into hear you better. That was your hint that she couldn't understand you. Yet instead you gave her attitude and rolled your eyes over what kind of chicken she could have on her salad. Please understand that you don't need to treat people that. You could have just taken the hint to speak up a hair so she could understand you. That's all you had to do.

I've never NOT been able to finish my double stack.. except for today. The burger seemed to be made and under the heater for quite some time. The ketchup made the inside of the bread mushy, the outside of the bread was hard and the burger itself seemed undercooked. The service was slow and not friendly. There was a hole in the ceiling right in the middle of the restaurant. The floors were sticky and the drink area had a wet floor sign with spilled drinks all over it. The bathroom also seemed unclean. Better option near by so I would avoid this Wendy's altogether.

I literally just left there, and got back to word with my food, OF COURSE MY ORDER WAS WRONG. I ordered a Parmesan Caesar salad with SPICY CHICKEN, add onions. I got 2 little onions, and grilled chicken. And not to mention, the girl that took my order with long braids and red highlights in them, was THE RUDEST I'VE EVER BEEN TREATED THERE. When I was trying to order, I was a complete BOTHER TO HER, she couldn't even let me finish before she just tried to walk away. NOR did I get a receipt. Listen I know every where is short staffed and busy, but if you hate your job that much, there are plenty of places hiring, FIND ANOTHER JOB, YOU FORGET YOU CHOSE THIS.
