First time here. We were very happy with the service, food and prices. We both had the lunch buffet and fresh salad bar. The bar isn’t huge but there was a good variety and something for everyone. I enjoyed my fried chicken, green peas and the Mac and cheese was great. My wife said the potato salad and chocolate cake reminded her of her childhood. The folks at the neighboring table had sandwiches that looked very good. We were very happy and will be back.

Had a pleasant experience. Never been before but my boss took me out to dinner. If you like asparagus you HAVE to try theirs. Service was friendly and excellent.

Checked out the grill after picking up out daughter from camp and it was a great experience.
The fried green tomatoes appetizer were delicious and I had the shrimp tacos.
The staff was great.
Highly recommend the Mill St Grill.

Pretty disappointed. I have been here twice, once for lunch and another time for dinner. Filet was over cooked, Asparagus was not good, salad bar was weak. My filet was discounted $3 (did not request) as it was over cooked.
I hate giving bad reviews but this is one of the only restaurant/ bars in town.
I think it would be just fine if you are getting a beer and maybe a appetizers.

Lovely little southern cooking restaurant. Recently had a moderately large group eat together here, where some enjoyed the buffet and some ordered off menu- all enjoyed their meals. We had a very nice waitress making it a wonderful small town lunch experience.

Went on a Thursday evening, waitress was great, food was horrible. Got the smothered chicken and it was like bitting into a spong, my husband's mashed potatoes tasted like straight mayo. Thank goodness they had a good salad bar.

Excellent! Great atmosphere! There isn't anything here that isn't mouth watering! Sit at the bar and have a drink or in a private booth. Live music on the weekends and trivia on Wednesdays! Wonderful place!

Got here at 10:45, lady was rude about breakfast being closed. Said they start lunch at 11. We said that's fine we'll wait. Another server comes along says it will be 15 minutes and that was at 11. We finally get a table at 11:30 and then tell her we're ready to order food and drinks. She says we can't do that. So my question is why does your sign say it opens at 11 if you if we can't even be seated until 11:30.
