Covered Wagon

First time visitors, heard lots of great things about this place and was not disappointed. Small diner, space can be limited, but everything is homemade. We got a free donut sample because we visited on a Friday. I have to commend the line cook for making my fried eggs Perfectly- the whites were fully cooked (no slime!) and the yolk wonderfully runny. We took 2 slices of pie home, and this was a challenge to just choose 2 because we wanted to try them all! Friendly staff, will be back. Edit: 6-12-22, family came for Sunday supper, we all had the ribs special, two of us tried it with the broasted (fried) chicken. Everything was delicious and freshly made. We've ordered take out many times, everything is always fresh and craveable. Always order dessert!!!

Our first time visiting. Service was good..smallish..very busy place. My husband's egg dish was mostly good, just didn't care for ultra deep fried hash brown squares... I had cinnamon roll French toast and couldn't eat it... Not that it was bad, the menu did say cinnamon roll and it's what you get.. just sweeter than sweet!!! Complete with frosting melted on and maybe butter with sugar mounded on top... Maybe a dessert ? Or a child might like it! Wow.... I'll know to not get that again... We will go back and stay with eggs.... The veggies and shrooms were very good on my husbands meal!
