Our waitress, Melody was very nice but the food there is the opposite. The pizza was drenched in grease and the crust was the same material as the to go box. Not to mention the management there (Jessica) is absolutely awful.

The service was amazing, the food was the satisfaction of my day, it is the best buffet in Manhattan. The owner is the nicest women, I will definitely be going back!

Arrived at the time our pizza was to be done sat behind a car for at least 4 minutes so I pulled out to go in and pick it up because nobody checked how long the line of cars in drive up was. When I got inside nobody was at the front but the girl working drive up held up a finger and proceeded to get 2 cars through. I went to the side closer to her to be told I’m busy
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Never once heard a sorry for your wait
