Mcdonald's

Today I waited 20 minutes in line to get told "cash only"...how many people have cash? Why aren't there other options for people who live paycheck to paycheck and LIVE on their credit cards, for the people who want a cleaner option than dirty money, for the people who don't carry cash? Post a sign before you waste everyone's time and give them a chance to eat somewhere else. Half the time they open late & close early anyways so most often a waste of time even trying to go here if you're trying to eat before or after work. When you FINALLY do get to eat here you're most likely going to be missing items or get the wrong order since this is what happens to me every time I get to actually eat....

Of course over the years this store has COMPLETELY fallen apart and it’s as if the owners don’t even care! They must live out of state or they just don’t care what happens at their store when they’re not there because they never are when I ask to speak to them! The managers are just as bad, as well as the employees. Despite being very specific when you order your food at this location, you always end up with something wrong and either you’ll have to bring it back or just stay in line until you check your order, which is not appropriate as Wendy’s gets it right EVERY time. I’m just tired of this location and it is time for new ownership...SERIOUSLY!!!

Simply the worst. Gave Mickey Ds one more chance and still just really disappointed. Went inside, not even during the height of lunch rush and ordered at the kiosk thinking it would improve efficiency of service. Nope. The kisosk tells you to take a number tent and to go relax and the food would be brought out. Nope. After finally realizing they were yelling my number I went up and tried to ask if they weren't supposed to bring it out to me, 4 workers standing right there and I couldn't even get a response. Also, no cups in my order so I asked and finally got a worker to respond and tell me I could just take my own. Really? How can this business survive like this? I personally have had enough of McDonald's and hope that it can improve service to its patrons. Honestly, the food isn't any better than when I was young, probably worse, terribly unhealthy, but at least there used to be something fun about coming to eat here. And there was service with a smile. Now that is absent and there really isn't any reason to continue coming. Zero stars if it were possible...

Horrible, STAY AWAY: First time, cold food and incorrect bread on quarter pounder. How easy can it really be?? Went through drive through again, they gave me fresh fries and the correct quarter pounder, after pulling off to the side and waiting. Picture attached is the burger they gave me with "HAIR" on the food!! Absurd, employees that don't care or use basic hygiene. Health Department should be called out to this establishment. Wasted $8.25 and 30 minutes of time without eating anything!!
