I truly cannot say enough great things about having my wedding at Benedict's Plantation. I got married on New Years Eve and the night was absolutely perfect! Working with Lauren, Nicole and Shirley was so seamless. They were very easy to get in contact with throughout the planning process, so accommodating and kind. They truly care about their brides! Donna and Kim were wonderful bridal attendants the night of the wedding. They checked on me non stop and I always had a drink in my hand (along with my husband and parents). The food tasted great. The venue has completely changed outside after being damaged from hurricane Ida and the new greenery, landscaping and wooden pergola look BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend having a wedding at Benedicts!

Had my son's wedding rehersal dinner here on 1/8/22. The food was very good and the staff was very accommodating with letting me decorate beforehand. Our servers were also super friendly and did a great job. Communication leading up to the dinner was lacking a bit but in their defense it was around the holidays and we know they were busy. Overall would recommend to anyone.

My husband, Jake, and I are extremely pleased with how the staff at Benedict's handled our wedding ceremony and reception! We were treated very respectfully and very well. We were waited on hand and foot and didn't have a care in the world except to have fun. Cathy, our wedding coordinator, was so wonderful... she told us what we had to do and when. Even when the ceremony wound up indoors due to rainy weather, all was just gorgeous. My friend even commented on how it all reminded her of a Hallmark movie! The candles and atmosphere were just beautiful. We would recommend Benedict's Plantation to anyone who needed a venue for any occasion.

Ordered Thanksgiving Dinner and it was better than my own cooking. And being from Louisiana...I don't say that very often! The smoked turkey was moist and delicious, the spinach madeline was unbelievable and they provided everything, including extra turkey broth and dinner rolls. I don't normally order a full Thanksgiving Dinner, however this year since Ida we have had to live in an RV on our property and there was no way I was going to try to cook a big dinner is this tiny RV kitchenette. Benedict's saved the day and took a lot of pressure off me - and for that I can't say enough good things. No guests asked for salt, pepper or Tony's - everything was seasoned to perfection!! Will do it again next year, even when my full kitchen is back in order.
