Smashburger

The burger was tasty but I had to rearrange the toppings. The tomato slices were on 1 side and the pickles on the other side. And how is that even an order of tots? The cup is barely half full. Either fill the container or get a smaller one. Just terrible! It was delivered so I can't rate the service or atmosphere.

Fantastic service, I forgot service could be this way, thank you! . I’m annoyed we haven’t eaten a burger from here sooner. First time I have eaten an entire burger in a long time. I’m picky about the bun… and this was delicious. Fries and milkshake- perfect! Buffalo wings were delicious too. Somehow the Buffalo wings are delicious and cheaper than all the places on the avenue. We will be back.

I don’t normally come to this location as I’m not from the area - however I feel the need to give a special shout-out to one employee in particular, Erin. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or shift-lead, etc but she was incredible. I had asked for a modification to my burger that was unusual and let me know what it might be difficult to accomplish. However, she came through and was able to get me the burger I asked for and was so kind about it. Right after we ordered, about 20+ people had come to the restaurant to place orders and she was running around doing an amazing job of making sure everyone was taken care of and everything came out right. She even made conversation with a young child who had a stuffed animal - and I’ve never been more impressed with an employee of establishment before. She checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our meals and I really appreciated her going above and beyond while we ate there. Thanks Erin!

Exceptional visit and a significant improvement from my previous visit. I was very happy with my visit. The burger fries and drink was wonderful. The restaurant was clean. The team member and manager were very friendly and nice and welcoming. There was a significant improvement from my last visit which makes me happy. The restaurant had a pleasant ambient atmosphere with the TV and music and it was overall very clean and a wonderful visit. My belly is very pleased.

It was delicious and they even came and took the plates when i was done as they dont have trash cans(didn't know and tried to find one and the lady just ran up and got it from me amd kindly informed me that to leave it there next time) food was delicious. Food also tastes like everything is made to order and Not like it was premade and put together. Very satisfied will definitely be coming back and making this a common lunch spot

YUM..very greasy but so delicious and tasty!! They got great burgers for cheat/ comfort food days :) I absolutely love the pretzel bun burger they got for just $4. Not a fan of the fries but the tater tots are delish. Only thing I would say is this is not a place you can run into and out of quick..it's usually a longer wait, even if just for 2 simple burgers. But can't bear the taste or the deals and you can order ahead on the app for a fast pickup!
