Dunkin'

This particular location is great. I work around the corner and for the past 3 years, I see these people almost every weekday. In a world where there is a lot of staff turnover, these guys don’t change! Which I think says a lot for the management and the vibe. Everyone here is so sweet and pleasant. They remember me and how I take my coffee. THEY CARE.

The manager there is rude and all of his employees are just as rude for condoning his ignorance. I asked the manager if they can make my avocado toast just like the picture they have for advertisement outside of their establishment because they usually add ab 4-5 bacon on my toast. He said he can’t make it how I want tabs if I don’t like it bring it to bring it back. My thing is I’m telling you now so I don’t have to come back. Everyone in there were laughing and looking at me as if I told a joke. I go there everyday and spend ab $10+ a day Mon-Fri. I felt like I was treated unfairly and wrong. I won’t be going there anymore

I went through Driveway mobile order pick by foot…. Don’t know y though my order number was 138…. At the window ask for Mobile order 138… First Lady said check your location… no question asked. Thank you to the Indian lady, came to intervene ask for my name… which was right think to do…. Please be thoughtful of your customer.

I spent $14.00 on my order for coffee and donuts, as I do usually 3-4 times a day. My extra lge looked on the darker side so I asked for a little milk on the side because that's what I put in my coffee. The manager offered me cream but I explained I wanted milk cuz that's what I use. For 3 mins he said he couldn't give it to me, when I know they can cuz it isn't the 1st time it's been a little too dark He finally gave it to me but was over there talking about me and shaking his head about me. I was so upaet that I called to speak to him and he was even ruder on the phone. I will never ever patronage this store again. He has no business being in a managerial role when he treats customers like this.
