Oh my golly god I came in here the atmosphere and service was insane got the baller sub and tell you what it was a dreammmm. Lass named Alicia and a lad named Aiden served me, and the way they looked at me when I walked in gave me butterflies.

Terrible service by Masie.
Came here with the Mrs to order food that totalled £23.63.
As we entered the premises, I didn't have a mask and was asked politely by the tall chap working to wear one. I advised that I didn't have a mask but was happy to stand by the front door whilst my Mrs ordered. The gentleman then went to the back and provided me with a mask so that I was able to enter the building.
All of a sudden, I hear this woman (Masie) telling telling off the gentleman. From the discussion, I could tell that the woman was not happy about the man giving me a mask to wear.
I asked the woman what her name was, which she gave me. She asked why I wanted her name. I said I wanted to leave a review on Google. She then proceed to tell me that it's not her problem that I didn't have a mask and that I should have come prepared.
I said ok, thank you for your comments. I paid my bill and we left.
So not only did Masie moan at her staff, who did nothing wrong, she was rude towards me when I was happy to stand by the front door.
What great customer service.
