Taco Bell

Ask for #2 with only tomatoes no lettuce and got #2 sour cream and lettuce, asked for a #7 with a soft taco no lettuce add tomatoes and I get a meat and cheese taco with barely anything on it. Ordered a crunch wrap supreme and got a basic crunchy taco.Then we got a 3 piece meal from the kfc side and we are missing a side and at the end when we finished ordering the worker said oh good and my husband asked oh good what and the worker said oh that wasn't for you. I called up there to get told they don't do refunds and can't replace anything without having the product back. Then she called me back to tell me she is dumbfounded because the worker that made the order had been there for 5 years. So basically saying I'm lying. Customer service sucks.

Absolutely and consistently the worst fast food service I’ve ever experienced. Ever. Never have received a meal at the window. Must pull forward and wait 10-15 minutes in the parking lot watching the fun game of the employees guessing which car had which order. You might get your order. Maybe. Or you might get someone else’s!! Hopefully you still remember what you ordered by the time they get to you. And if you think that it takes so long because they are cooking it up fresh for you... think again. The food had obviously spent a good solid amount of time under a warmer. It’s a bit of a fun local mystery as to what can possibly take so long in that kitchen!!!

I love KFC. I love Taco Bell, absolutely LOVE that we can get both from one location. But, this location is rediculous. I have been here 4 times now, expecting different results. That's called insanity. Do not waste your time or money going through the drive thru!!!! Unless you check your order and want to get out of the vehicle and go inside. They have NEVER gotten our order correct. NEVER. The first visit, ordered a $20 fill up. Didn't check the bags, got 5 pieces of dark meat and two sides of cole slaw and no biscuits. 2nd time, ordered three taco Supremes, no tomato's, and got three tacos with meat and cheese. These folks need to get it together.

This is no joke. This is what is “suppose” to be a steak quesorito...This was the 3rd strike. They literally had every car that was ordering at the speaker, park in front of the Taco Bell. Not one was handed their food when they pulled up to the window. After they gave us our food, I opened up two of the 4 tacos and the order was wrong. I told the guy and he took the bag and ran to another car! After I touched and opened it! Not sanitary at all. My thumbs are exhausted to even type what happened the other two times. We tried but never going back. They need help in Management/structure/inventory. I feel bad for the employees that have to work under the manager. They all looked stressed and agitated.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There is a reason this store has a 2.2 rating and I cannot fathom why it is that high! They tamper with your food and then laugh in your face!!!! We have visited this location twice. Never ever again! We have filed a formal complaint through mytacobell.com I will update this review related to my interactions with corporate!

This place is getting redicoulus with the service they cant seem to fix ur food right. last night was the 5th time iv came up there and still cant get my order right how hard is it to fix a beef and bean burrito no red sauce with extra cheese and onions and add ledduce there were no beef and the beans looked all dried up. its a good thing my son gets his regular taco right

Rice seems to always be old or not cooked for I find that any order I get with rice I have to spit so much out for I get stab in the gums or caught jabbing into my teeth. Then if you tell the employees they dont fix the problem they say they will but keep serving the rice even the manager will not switch the rice. #recyclestherice
